Endevor is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Senior Leadership Team. This part-time, primarily in-office position is ideal for someone adept at managing multiple priorities, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and maintaining confidentiality with a high level of professionalism. Endevor offers a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth. As a part-time Administrative Assistant, you will report to our Office Administrator and play a crucial role in supporting our Senior Leadership Team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite) and technology tools
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
  • Physical capability to lift small to medium-sized packages and carry items up steps
  • Possesses a reliable mode of transportation and willing to drive as needed
  • Availability to work approximately 20 hours a week

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing office logistics and ensuring smooth operations
  • Running various errands for Senior Management, including collecting and delivering documents and packages
  • Greeting and welcoming guests, providing a friendly and professional first impression
  • Making reservations and ordering lunch
  • Answering and managing phone calls
  • Receiving and signing for packages
  • Stocking the snacks and beverages for the office
  • Arranging travel bookings for employees
  • Assisting with event logistics
